Fishy food & Sci Diet k/d pellets

Elliot still refusing to eat from the bowl. Tried using stainless steel bowl too.
For now still have to hand feed, he is eating slightly more now. I think all due to fishy food.

It's funny how he wants to play fetch now

In the past playing fetch it just too "un-cool" for him.
Now he meows for attention and he wants to play.

He's still eating too little, he eats about 1/8 of a cup a day. Will try boiling a fish or try fussy cat and see if it does the trick.
He seems keen with his previous Royal Canine Indoor Cat food, but those wouldn't be good for his kidneys. Balance, have to strike a balance.

Greetings

Just got home. 3 of them greeted moi at the door :)

Elliot wants to play

Elliot was listless the whole day. Spoken to the vet around 9pm. Dr felt Elliot not eating enough. I forced fed him alittle and he nibble alittle before he felt asleep on my bag. Around midnight he woke up and wants to catch lizard n play toys. :)

Thanks for all your prayers.
I'm going to crash now. Night.

Lady Patch donated blood to Elliot

Elliot blood count was v low (Anemia) today, there was an urgent need for blood transfusion. Oscar (7.8kg)'s blood not suitable. My cousin Daniel & Jennifer brought Patch (8.2kg) down to donate blood to help Elliot.

Thank you all for your kind act.

No Vein No Drip

Elliot was running a relatively high fever this morning. Thus we dropped by the clinic today instead of Monday.
I have to say I was rather desponded. Since Thursday night he has stopped wanting to drink or eat. He puked whatever I forced fed him on Friday.

We've exhausted all good veins on his front legs, so no iv catheter for today. They gave him water under the skin today instead.

But to all our surprises! Blood test result were all good!! BUN ( Blood Urea Nitrogen), Creatine and phosphate levels have all gone back to normal. 5 days ago, all were high and extreme.

Elliot is back home happily without bandage. Hope he starts eating & drinking soon.

Sleeping in his new tent

Elliot up to his mischief again

He just opened my wardrobe n leap up to sit. For a moment I was wondering why my drip bag bubbling upward instead of dripping.

He ate a few more biscuits. Little steps each day.

Night.

Oscar also puking

Had to run out with Elliot to the vet twice today. Blood clotted, I'm advised to keep him permanently on the drip for now, instead of letting him takes 18 hours break and roam around. Have to cut down on carbon footprint.

Good news! Elliot jumped up to the balcony ledge and sit on top of tv this morning, and he finally ate 2 pieces of biscuit after not eating for more then a week.

Oscar has just vomited 5 patches, and then before you know it, you can hear him munching away again.
I sure hope he is just eating himself crazy and nothing else further.
